2.1 Mutual Fund Distribution

Integrato acts as an AMFI Registered Mutual Fund Distributor (ARN holder). As a distributor, we earn commissions from Asset Management Companies (AMCs) on mutual fund investments made through us. We recommend "Regular Plans" of mutual funds. Clients who prefer to invest in "Direct Plans" may do so independently through AMC websites or SEBI-registered platforms.

2.2 Insurance Advisory

Integrato is licensed by the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI) to solicit and procure insurance business. We earn commissions from insurance companies on policies sold.

2.3 Financial Planning and Advisory

Financial planning, retirement planning, goal-based planning, and related advisory services are provided as value-added services. These constitute general financial guidance and do not constitute investment advice under SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013. Specific investment recommendations are made in our capacity as a mutual fund distributor or insurance advisor.

2.4 Equity Broking

Equity broking services are facilitated through sub-broker arrangements with SEBI-registered stockbrokers. Integrato is not an independent stockbroker.

3. Use of the Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You agree not to:
