Hospital bills in cities can run into lakhs. Get a starting point for your family’s health cover based on where you live, who is covered and their ages.
How is this calculated?
Starts from a base cover for your city type, adds for extra adults and children, raises it for older members and existing illness, and rounds up to the nearest ₹2.5 lakh. Future need = cover × (1 + medical inflation)^5.
