On the Stock Exchange: All categories of investors may purchase the Units of the Scheme through the Stock Exchange(s) on which the units of the Scheme are listed, on any trading day in round lot of one (1) Unit and multiples thereof at prices which are quoted on the exchanges. B. Directly with the Fund: Market Makers and Large Investors* may approach the Fund directly for subscription of units of the ETF at the Intra-Day NAV in multiples of Creation Unit size. *The minimum application amount for Large Investors shall be Rs. 25 Crores (apart from the requirement of the application being in multiples of Creation Unit Size). Each Creation Unit Size will consist of 1,20,000 Units of the ETF and 1 Unit of the ETF will be approximately equal to 0.01 gram of Gold. The value of the “Creation Unit” is 1 kilogram of physical Gold or in multiple thereof called as the “Portfolio Deposit” and a “Cash Component” which will be exchanged for 1,20,000 Units of the Scheme.
