Minimum application: During NFO: Minimum Application Amount (Lumpsum): Rs. 500/- and in multiples of Re. 1/- thereof. Units will be allotted in whole figures and the amount for the fractional units will?be refunded. On a continuous basis: On the Stock Exchange(s): All categories of investors may buy/sell the Units of the ETF through NSE and BSE on which the units of the ETF are proposed to be listed, on any trading day in round lot of One (1) Units and multiples thereof at the prevailing listed price. Directly from the Mutual Fund: a. Market maker (MM) / Authorized Participants (AP) - MM/AP can directly purchase/redeem units with the Fund on all business days in “Creation Unit Size” at intraday NAV based on the actual execution price of the underlying index. The limit of ? 25 crores or such other amount as may be specified by SEBI from time to time is not applicable for Market Makers. b. Large Investor(s): Large Investor can directly purchase / redeem from the Fund on all business days in “Creation unit size” at intraday NAV based on the actual execution price of the underlying index, subject to the value of transaction being greater than the threshold of ? 25 crores or such other amount as may be specified by SEBI from time to time. The purchase of Units of the Scheme in Creation Unit Size will be allowed both by means of exchange of Portfolio Deposit and by cash. Additionally, transaction handling charges, if any, will have to be borne by Authorised Participants / Market Makers, Large Investors. Note: Allotment of units will be done after deduction of applicable stamp duty and statutory levies. Further, as the units will be allotted in lot size of 1 unit, the balance amount, if any, shall be refunded to the investor. Creation unit size: 2,40,000 Units and multiples thereof. The Creation Unit size may be changed by the AMC at their discretion and the notice of the same shall be published on website of the Mutual Fund. The Creation Unit is made up of 2 components i.e. Portfolio Deposit and Cash Component. The Portfolio Deposit will be determined by the Fund as per the weights of each security in the Underlying Index. The value of this Portfolio Deposit may change due to change in prices during the day.
