This policy applies to FamilyVault — the financial organisation platform operated by Integrato Financial Services Pvt. Ltd. (CIN: U74140UP2021PTC149502). We are AMFI-registered (ARN-173155) and IRDAI-licensed (F1047480).
1. Data We Collect
When you use FamilyVault, we collect:
Identity data: Name, date of birth, PAN, Aadhaar (optional)
Contact data: Email address, phone number, postal address
Financial data: Insurance policies, investments, bank accounts, property details, liabilities — as entered by you
Documents: PDFs and images you upload to your vault
To provide FamilyVault services — organising your financial information
To send renewal reminders, tax alerts, and subscription notifications
To generate your health score, nomination audit, and succession certificate
To allow your designated family members to access your vault in an emergency
To comply with our regulatory obligations as an AMFI/IRDAI registered entity
We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties except where required by law.
3. Your Rights Under DPDP Act 2023
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, you have the right to:
Access: Request a copy of all personal data we hold about you
Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data
Erasure: Request deletion of your account and all associated data
Grievance redressal: File a complaint with our Data Protection Officer
Nomination: Nominate another person to exercise your rights in case of incapacity
4. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your FamilyVault subscription is active, plus 3 years thereafter (as required by SEBI/IRDAI regulations). Documents you upload are stored for the duration of your subscription. On account deletion, all data is permanently erased within 30 days.
5. Data Security
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+)
Passwords are stored using bcrypt hashing — never in plain text
Document vault is protected by authenticated access only
IP-hashed anonymisation for visitor logs
Session tokens expire after 2 hours of inactivity
6. Consent
By creating a FamilyVault account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal and financial data as described in this policy. You may withdraw consent at any time by requesting account deletion.
